We normally ship our watches within 24 hours. We work with Bluedart and Delhivery to ensure your watch reaches you within 3-4 days if you are in a metro city and 5-7 days otherwise. You will be informed via email incase there's a delay at our end or at our shipping partner's.

We offer an easy 7-day return on all unworn watches. All you have to do is reach out to our team on email/whatsapp/chat button on the website and we'll arrange a free reverse pickup for you the very next day. Your refund will be processed right after we receive the watch and should reflect in your account within 7 days.
